When you order any item from Scottsdale Art Factory L.L.C. you may request a Guaranteed F.O.B. (our dock) shipping date. All orders with specified and a agreed upon due date per your written contract carries this guarantee.
This does not apply to discounted orders of any kind. On every invoice we attempt to guess-t-mate a number of working days that will pass prior to your order being ready our dock. These orders discounted or not do not come under this paid freight offer. Guaranteed shipping date orders are marked priority and are part of your contract agreement.
All work order changes due to design changes by customer, delays in customer response to approving plans presented, finish choices, or any other delays caused by non response on the customers behalf will set production work days back to zero.
