We are in our ninth decade of manufacturing We recently built a new state of the art manufacturing plant in Scottsdale, AZ, to accommodate our growing volume of orders. We are looking for persons with experience in wood working and blacksmithing to fill the following skilled manufacturing positions:

We Are Now Hiring Experienced Master Blacksmith or Apprentice;
First And Second Shift. Position available at our new Scottsdale Airpark plant. Prospective candidates must be able to work either the first shift from 7:00AM to 3:30PM or the second shift from 4:00PM to 12:30AM Monday thru Friday and have reliable transportation. In order to qualify for top pay and benefits you must have a good work history and a goal oriented attitude with superior work ethics. These are full time positions with many advancement possibilities. Along with top pay we offer a great work environment along with a "pay you what you're worth" attitude. Our custom products sales continue to grow so there are no layoffs or down time even though our country is in a recession.


Now Hiring Experienced Wood Workers/Furniture & Doors Makers;
First And Second Shift. Position available at our new Scottsdale Airpark plant. Monday thru Friday and have reliable transportation.Learn How To Wood Carve At The Highest Level By Working Directly With One Of Our Master Carvers . Note: Finish Carpenters and Cabinet Builders are usually able to transition into our company very well. These are permanent, full time positions, which usually result in a higher annual income than the construction industry. In addition the working conditions are superior and safer. Due To Our Mandatory Apprentice Programs All New Hires Begin At The Lowest Level Of Proven Skill - This means If you are a true master craftsman with no need for training you would be paid at top skills level as soon as this is demonstrated and we can rely upon your ability.



Even though you may have been wood working, blacksmithing, stone smiths or some other acceptable skills we have found most new hires do not possess the level of skills required to be truly called a master-craftsman. It has been our experience it will take several years of specialized training depending upon your current skill level to rise to our usually higher standards of world quality.
We invest heavily in our employees in order to be able to create world class products. Please do not apply here if your not interested in proving yourself by working your way up the pay scale or do not desire long term employment.

Depending upon the new employees current skill level this may require working at rates of pay below your wish and desire. When training we are also paying a master craftsman to teach you skills you will always have and be able to use for your self forever. This program pays you while you learn in place of you paying for a education. It is our intention to pay each employee at the highest rate possible. Most Of Histories Finest Furniture And Door Designs Have Been Copied by modern name brand production manufacturers using automated machines, cheap unskilled labor, glue and fake materials. This greedy practice by many of what was once trusted name brand American companies in a rush to make quick fast buck has cost thousands of Americans their ability to earn a honest living.

Not to mention the loss of many family investments thought to be purchasing a quality furnishing, door or gate to find out it is falling short of its expectations and will need replaced far before expected. All due to fake and faux materials and poor workmanship and misrepresentation preying on the general lack of consumer Knowledge.

Further it is eroding the American family of the cherished family heirlooms necessary to truly tell the family story. It has always been a accepted fact that a family with no discernible historical past and cherished artifacts has very little quality future to build upon. The last half of the 20th century and the fist part of the 21st is the first time since the beginning of recorded history. That most family furnishing will never become family heirlooms or antiquities due to their faux materials and poor workmanship.

We offer use of our facility and the sharing of the experience of our master craftsman in return for these contributions when available.Thus allowing for hands on experience training in the lost arts. We also allow use of our facility for project development in related fields under any accredited school program. Products produced in these programs are sold and proceeds are used to fund the advancement of these programs with no weight to profit.


We Offer Our Facility To Advance Go Green Technology To Contributors

We also offer the use of our facility for the advancement of environmental energy saving designs in connection with government funded Go Green development. These energy saving designs must be associated with our natural material, building projects such as doors/windows etc. without effecting the artistic value. This is a not for profit program provided by SAF LLC in hope of advancing new technology in conjunction with arts and crafts as it relates to our contribution to the world of fine art craftsmanship.

Even though the majority of our employees are American born. We wanted you to know that we take the employment eligibility verification process seriously and have taken extra measures to ensure compliance with immigration statutes, while still treating all applicants and employees with respect and complying with laws prohibiting national origin and citizenship discrimination.
