Details As Shown: Clydesdale Horseshoe King Bed, ) - 91"L X 67"W X 70"T. This 100% hand hewn, pegged and doweled bed has been custom crafted by our master woodworkers in a true western style. It features rugged pegged and doweled construction, hand turned post caps, hand forged iron clavos and genuine Clydesdale horseshoe accents.


This Custom Furnishing Is Hand Cut To Shape And All Steel Is Hand Forged from natural air dried exotic cedar solid timber by our master craftsman. All design carving is a solid part of the main structure, (no glued up or add on design pieces, veneers or fake materials). Design carving appears on all sides allowing all of our furnishings to be used in the middle of the room as well as against a wall.


Details As Shown: Matching SIx Drawer Dresser, - Exotic Cedar - Light Distress - 70"L X 24"D X 38"T (With Back). This solid cedar dresser features six drawers on full extension tracks. The top is 1 1/2" planked and doweled cedar, while the body is 1" X 2" thick with 3" sq. corner posts. All hardware is hand forged from solid iron, and all wood is finished inside and out with five coats of hand rubbed lacquer over the stain color. The horseshoe and clavos accents shown here were custom forged by our very own blacksmiths, and the unit includes mar proof leveling feet. Solid heavy timber build hand hewn pegged and doweled construction. The wood surface is entirely finished with five coats of hand rubbed lacquer, inside and out. The drawers feature hand forged iron hardware and every drawer is mounted on full extension, easy glide tracks. Mar proof leveling feet are included.

Details As Shown: Matching Land Scape Mirror, - Exotic Cedar - Light Distress - 30"W X 38"T X 2" Thick. Custom built as part of a matching set, this mirror joins solid cedar construction with the skills of our master blacksmiths. Adorned with custom forged horseshoes, clavos, and real barbed wire, it projects a true western feel. A solid iron twist borders the interior, while the 1/4" thick crystal plate glass provides ultimate clarity and longevity.

(W/Back) This solid cedar night stand has been hand hewn by our master mill wrights. Each of the 2 1/2" sq. legs is accented with decorative hand turned ball foot and hand forged iron clavos. All hardware has been custom made on our blacksmiths anvil. This piece features two drawers on full extension tracks, and all surfaces have been finished inside and out with five coats of hand rubbed lacquer. Includes non-marring leveling feet.


Details As Shown: Cedar Chest, Foot locker Coffee table Storage Chest - Exotic Cedar & Solid Iron - Light Distress - 50"L X 24"D X 17"T. Built from 100% hand hewn solid cedar, this chest has been designed in a true, old west style. The main body is 1" thick, with a solid, hand forged iron overlay frame. The front panel is decorated with custom forged horseshoe accents, while the side panels have permanently mounted horseshoe-style handles. Decorative iron clavos & corners provide added style and strength, and the entire piece is finished inside and out with five coats of hand rubbed lacquer over the stain color. Includes mar proof leveling feet.

These furnishings are built to investment family heirloom quality and are finished to be virtually maintenance free and will stand the test of time. Colorized Carving. You can order any carving colorized. In order to achieve a colorized carving, multiple stain colors are used. The stains are hand applied and blended with an artistic eye to achieve an enhanced natural appearance.

All Steel Is Coal Fired, Hammered By Master Blacksmiths The Old Fashioned Way And Patina Finished. At Scottsdale Art Factory, we take pride in our traditional, superior quality workmanship and craft our products from only the finest steel. Our master blacksmiths have been classically trained, and utilize old world techniques such as coal firing, anvil hammering and hand forging to create the finest handcrafted hardware available anywhere. All of our steel work is hand patina finished by heat applying iron oxides to achieve a natural patina finish that will stand the test of time.



Nothing is Drop Forged. We create works The Old Fashioned Way using solid hand forged steel, (drop forging is a poor quality, casted copy of a hand forged work of art). Nothing is wrought iron; wrought iron is simply a softer and less sturdy form of metal that cannot compare to stronger hand forged low carbon steel.

Patina Finish As Shown: Various Colors Of Hand Applyed Iron Oxide Patinas. S.A.F. does not paint or faux finish any of our iron creations. Paint fades, chips and cracks over time and patinas last forever. No Drop Forged Casted Copies.
